How do I order a garden shed?
You can browse our range by selecting your preferred roof style, size and then choosing between colour and zinc. Once you select a shed you will view the price as well as the various colour options available. Any extras are available to purchase when you check out your cart.
Can I make any changes to my order once it has been purchased?
No. Once you select your model, colour, and any accessories, the order is sent directly to the supplier.
How do I work out the total price of my garden shed?
The price will be present at the checkout, which will combine the price of the shed, any delivery costs
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and ZipPay
How do I receive my invoice?
All invoices are sent to the email you provide
Do I require an email address?
Yes. A valid email address is required to make a purchase and to receive an invoice.
Do you deliver directly to my site?
Yes! We deliver to the address you nominate during checkout. If you have any specific instructions please specify in the customer notes.
What are the dimensions of my shed?
The dimensions are set Width x Depth x Height
Are the sheds difficult to assemble?
Our sheds are some of the easiest to assemble on the market. You can view our assembly video guide here. All of our sheds come with a detailed construction manual also. Please make sure you follow all steps in the manual to ensure your shed is built correctly.
Is my garden shed supplied ready-assembled?
No. Our garden sheds come in flat packs and will need to be developed yourself.
What tools do I need to assemble my garden shed?
We recommend using a drill with a #2 Phillips Driver Bit, pliers or multi-grips, measuring tape, a safety knife, and protective gloves.
What if there are damaged components when I collect my garden shed?
Please contact our Customer Service team on 1300 94 33 77. Our representatives will request you email through photos of the damage and will pass these onto the supplier.
The supplier will determine the level of damage (if it is simply packaging or actual component damage) and then advise the options. If it is deemed appropriate, a replacement of any components or a refund of the entire product will be offered.
How long does delivery take?
We allow 7-10 days for your order to be manufactured. All sheds are shipped from Albury, NSW. Times from there will vary depending on your distance from the supplier.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can call Customer Service on 1300 94 33 77 who will check the status of your order.
What is the opening size of single and double doors?
The standard single door opening is 750mm. The double door opening is 1500mm. Please read the product description pages for information around the door size on your preferred model.
Is it possible to change the door from the front of the shed to the side wall?
No. Our sheds are not designed to support the repositioning of the shed door.
What warranty is offered?
Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty on our product range.
What is the base metal thickness?
Wall sheets are 0.32mm thick, with a total thickness of 0.35mm for coloured sheets.
